1. A year ago, I was traveling through the northeast with my husband and in-laws. And while we haven’t returned this year, I do have a few snapshots of the trip to share, including this positively perfect sunset in Kennebunk.
2. Thanks to a bit of quick Googling (and the Country Boy’s driving skills), we managed to use our stopover in Kennebunk as the prime opportunity to discover the coast of Maine.
3. Our drive included several lighthouses (which I’m not sure my French in-laws quite grasped the charming appeal of, but I sure did). This one at Portland Head was my favorite.
4. We all enjoyed looking for baby crabs in the jetties off the shore, especially TCB.
5. And we could definitely all appreciate these majestic sunsets.
