I am not the first to fall for Café les Deux Gares; it’s already been lauded by far mightier pens than mine. But thanks to the friendly staff, cozy dining room, and view over the train tracks of Gare de l’Est (I promise, it’s dreamier than it sounds), it may well have secured its spot as my new local.
